五 質量

1 賣方所提供設備是全新的、在交付時沒有材質或工藝上的缺陷且符合買方提出的技術標準及規(guī)范；

2 賣方應其出售的設備科提供正常和恰當?shù)厥褂茫⑶以诮?jīng)過正確安裝、正常操作和保養(yǎng)的前提下，在設備的壽命期內運轉良好；

3 設備的材料和零部件均應符合或優(yōu)于買方提出的技術標準及規(guī)范。

六 設備的安裝調試驗收

 1 設備交貨后，賣方應在買方通知現(xiàn)場具備安裝條件時，在一周或更短的時間內派技術人員到場安裝，并在規(guī)定時間內安裝調試完畢，同時賣方負責安裝調試過程中所有因質量缺陷而損壞的零部件免費更換。

2 設備在賣方指導下安裝調試運行后，買方和賣方共同對設備進行安裝調試驗收，若賣方不參與聯(lián)合檢驗，則視為同意買方的驗收結果。設備經(jīng)安裝調試驗收合格后，由雙方共同簽署《設備安裝調試驗收結論單》。

3由賣方負責指導安裝，并負責指導調試，只有經(jīng)過安裝調試并且技術性能達到合同技術中所述的技術要求后，買方才能接受全部貨物。
