城市污水按來源可分為生活污水、工業(yè)廢水和徑流污水.

1、生活污水

　　生活污水主要來自家庭、機(jī)關(guān)、商業(yè)和城市公用設(shè)施.其中主要是糞便和洗滌污水,集中排入城市下水道管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng),輸送至污水處理廠進(jìn)行處理后排放.其水量水質(zhì)明顯具有晝夜周期性和季節(jié)周期變化的特點(diǎn).

2、 工業(yè)廢水

　　工業(yè)廢水在城市污水中的比重,因城市工業(yè)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模和水平而不同,可從百分之幾到百分之幾十.其中往往含有腐蝕性、有毒、有害、難以生物降解的污染物.因此,工業(yè)廢水進(jìn)行處理,達(dá)到一定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)后方能排入生活污水系統(tǒng).生活污水和工業(yè)廢水的水量以及兩者的比例決定著城市污水處理的方法、技術(shù)和處理程度.

3、城市徑流污水

　　城市徑流污水是雨雪淋洗城市大氣污染物和沖洗建筑物、地面、廢渣、垃圾而形成的.這種污水具有季節(jié)變化和成分復(fù)雜的特點(diǎn),在降雨初期所含污染物甚至?xí)叱錾钗鬯啾?/span>.

生活污水生活污水是指城市機(jī)關(guān)、學(xué)校和居民在日常生活中產(chǎn)生的廢水,包括廁所糞尿、洗衣洗澡水、廚房等家庭排水以及商業(yè)、醫(yī)院和游樂場所的排水等.
